FUNCTIONALITIES
♦Putting in place policies to improve revenue and rationalize expenditure
♦Advising elected officials and the Sectary General on budgetary estimates
♦Supervising the preparation and execution of Council’s budget
♦Coordinating the functioning of financial services
♦Coordinating the activities of different offices relating to revenue and expenditure
♦Ensuring the respect of budgetary prescription and preparing administrative accounts by the end of the year
♦Conducting retrospective and prospective financial analysis and drawing conclusions in terms of management
